Terms of Service

Service

Opportunity Vault AI provides AI-assisted educational tools, planning frameworks, prompts, templates, and organizational guidance. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or investment advice.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until canceled. Customers may cancel through the Stripe customer portal or the cancellation method supplied with their purchase. Cancellation prevents future renewal and does not ordinarily refund a billing period already started, except where required by law.

No guaranteed results

Business outcomes depend on the customer’s decisions, effort, market conditions, experience, and other factors. Opportunity Vault AI does not guarantee income, business success, employment, funding, or any particular result.

Responsible use

Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying on it. Access may not be resold, sublicensed, publicly distributed, used unlawfully, or used to infringe another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

Features, prompts, models, and availability may change as the service evolves. We may improve, replace, or discontinue components when reasonably necessary.
